I went on a Tuesday around 11 am. It was thankfully not too crowded. They were able to get me in and out in about an hour and 10 minutes on a manicure and a full acrylic set. The attendant took great care of my nails, took his time, and went over areas again without my pointing things out (i.e., too sharp edge or acrylic under my nail). He didn't try to hold a conversation with me, and I consider that a good thing…

I LOVE getting my manicures and pedicures with Jessica! She does a wonderful job. She always works around my busy schedule to get me in the same day. It is very clean and the environment is just wonderful.

I’m not sure what his name is, but the guy who has done my nails the past 3 times did a fantastic job. Oh my goodness he’s fantastic! My review would be 5 stars… but I’m giving Luxx a 4 out of 5 stars due to the atmosphere…I guess. When visiting this salon, sometimes I feel unwelcome and as if I am bothering the workers.
